medinnna Buffetxboy,  Unfortunately not :/ The tool used to develop watchfaces does not provide an option to add something related to alarms. It is probably something from the Mi Band firmware itself because none of the official watchfaces of the Mi Fit app shows something about alarms, on the other hand some of the things that can be shown are the calories, the distance, the weather or heart rate, you can see examples of the different things that can be shown on another watchfaces.
