thanks to dansay because I today saw the first time someone using month names and thanks to Urimu for "his" approach I adapted in the recent versions

V1: only Time and Date

V2: the dash in the middle is now a battery status indicator (green to red)
      Edit of V2: doubled thickness of the dash for better recognizability

V3: only English (MM.DD), Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, German & Bosnian: DD.MM battery dash weekday

V4: only Turkish: color inverted V2
