Revisited synar watch face
UPDATE V2.0: a lot of layout and color changes
UPDATE V2.1: removed lines and better alignement
UPDATE V2.2: space optimization for the days of the week
UPDATE V2.3: added both dd/mm and mm/dd english versions; added Netherlands version; applied classic blue color to steps counter
UPDATE V3.0: bigger font for the date, inverted order between days of the week and date, better alignment, grey lines (more delicate than white ones)
UPDATE V3.1: bigger battery icon (taken from my other watch face), changed the color of steps icon and steps numbers (clear and vibrant blue), changed dnd/lock/bluetooth icons (more elegant), added light grey line above the clock, better alignment
SUPPORTED LANGUAGES: ENG, ESP, FRA, ITA, NED, POL, POR, VIE

Anyway, NOTHING on this watch face is cut out, and every icon/element appears entirely, even if it seems that there are no frames on the borders... I just used every pixel available in order to maximize and optimize the space available to the maximum possible

L'allineamento centrale secondo me è il più elegante, perché rende più omogenea la distribuzione dei numeri e si autoregola man mano che le cifre cambiano o aumentano. Allineare a destra o sinistra non darebbe problemi di sovrapponimento, perché ho comunque impostato i margini limite affinché i numeri non "escano" dalla schermata. I would love to have a version like this:
status bar
horizontal grey separator line
time
horizontal grey separator line (optional)
date (yyyy.mm.dd, font size is up to you)
horizontal grey separator line (optional)
day of the week (full name in hungarian)
grey separator line
calories
distance
steps
So the upper and lower parts could stay the same, and the heart rate can be removed to make space for the day of the week. (I don't really use that)
I'd leave it up to you to decide if the separators marked as optional look good or not, and also the font sizes will probably need to be changed for the date and the day to still look good.
The days in hungarian are like this:
monday -> hétfő
tuesday -> kedd
wednesday -> szerda
thursday -> csütörtök
friday -> péntek
saturday -> szombat
sunday -> vasárnap
If you don't have the time to do this, I can understand that, at least can you please modify the current mm.dd english version to have the first 3 letters of the hungarian days? That should be a much quicker edit.

Did you consider using align-right instead of centering the health values? It would look cleaner (rectangular).
When making data right-aligned, could you consider to make distance display only one decimal (i.e. 0.0 or 1.5 or 12.8)?
Also,
I was using the watch face for some time and I realised that steps and heart rate seem the most important at a glance (daily steps goal, how's my heart rate at this moment while being active). This is most suitable to be at the bottom edge. So I propose the following data order:

Steps
