‘chinese and english’是默认没有上午下午显示的。（如果你用24小时制的话这个本来就不显示，所以对使用24小时制的人没有影响）
‘chinese and english black’是有上午和下午显示，显示方式是，上午模式没变化，下午的话下半部背景会变黑。
‘chinese and english’ is not displayed by the AM and PM. (If you use the 24-hour system, this is not displayed, so it has no effect on people who use the 24-hour system.)
‘chinese and english black’ is displayed in the AM and PM. The display mode is that the AM mode has not changed. In the PM mode, the background of the lower half will turn black.

字体全部用的超级马里奥nes游戏的默认字体，没有默认的中文字体，所以步数、距离、心率、卡路里都是英语。
改成中文有点不协调，加上都有单位可以区分开来，所以就都是用英语了（星期还是中文，因为这个怕不懂的人不好理解）
