Port and modified version of the watchface Nike Modular by franlucianoModifications:
v1 : The activity ring , steps and weather does not work
Please use v2 for heart rate and working activity rings
Please use v3 for steps and working activity rings
v2 : Activity Ring has been added to display steps and heart rate .
Replaced Cloud icon with date .
Replaced 4k icon with heart rate .
v3 : Replaced heart rate with steps (It Works now !! ) .
