Here is a watch face inspired by a Wear OS watch face.
I made some modifications to adapt it to the GTS format.
Shortcuts for weather, steps and pulse.
Note: two English versions: one for Europe (date is DD/MM) and one for North America (date is MM/DD)

I understand your request, but I rarely create dials with the distance display because I consider it too random...
Explanations:
On the GTS1 (and probably other models), the distance is not an actual measurement, but the result of the number of steps multiplied by 0.70 (length of an average step).
However, it is obvious that everyone has a different step length depending on the size or the way of walking.
The only time this notion may be correct is when the GPS is triggered during sporting activities.
For the rest, I'm not sure that we can modify the step length in the calculations of the watch.
The only measurement that we can consider therefore seems to me to be that of the steps because the GTS1 is well equipped with a pedometer...
All that does not mean that I will not create any more dials with the distance, but for the moment it's not my priority.
