Hi everyone, i edited this watchface.

What i did:
- added polish language
- change, increase and colored status icons
- change battery icon/indicator
Changelog:

- steps, calories, heart rate - thicker circles and brighter color to be more visible
23.12.2021 added Spanish language

23.12.2021 added Portugal language
