Inspired by GTR2 Watchface by Idimas : /gtr/view/12914
I adapted it to GTS format and made some changes (I didn't used exactly the same font).
The lock, alarm and DND icons only appear if the functions are enabled.
When Bluetooth is disconnected, the digital clock turns red.
Two English versions: one for Europe (the date is DD / MM) and one for North America (the date is MM / DD).
