Hello Buthus, I actually used the Apple SF Pro Rounded font for this watchface.
It is not very easy to find as a free download (for Windows), but you can find it here: https://bit.ly/3tbYbBG
If that does not work, I will try to send you the Zip which contains 6 or 8 files in different formats (Regular, Bold, Italic ...).
