Port to GTS2-mini of original work /gts/view/5489 made by tcmylmz with my modification.

Update
Add Bluetooth, Alarm and DoNotDistrib icons
v2  - weather icons were displayed incorrectly
v3  -  add hot zone for heartrate and steps
v3.1 - add AM-PM
Add espanol
v4 - fixed background, change date to month/day for en version, add AOD
ru version for sden61 - add countdown (icon + hotzone in seconds)
