If you are using Android:
Try open and download this watch face with Google Chrome or other browsers, not from AmazFace App, because for some reason, that app sometimes has a bug.
Then instal the watch face with "Notify for Amazfit app". It is so far as I know if you are using android.
If you are using IOS:
Try open and download this watch face with Safari to the icloud.
