Maybe need to write down under minimum temp. (MIN) and maximum (MAX) as you did under hart rate "HR" and blue seconds arrow would be nicer (the same colour as PAI letters).
That's my opinion
Overall is a nice face, good job
I agree with Siule - KCals, Battery and Steps titles in Blue, same as 'PAI
Day of Week - perhaps changes colour to Red when Alarm is set
