Since there are no compatibility with Sasha editor and pack/unpack tools, the work for doing this kind of migration is really heavy:
1- Unpack the original gts2 dial resources.
2- Rescale the resources to make them fit into gts2 mini display size.
3- Create the new watchface by using the developer web tool provided by huami (not so nice).
4- Export and blabla.
5- Enjoy!
Update V2 - changelog:
- Fixed font rendering.
- Fixed weather icons.
