My alternative of this great find and adaptation by afwafwafw - /gts/view/2784 . Original author hohenheimz11 - /gtr/view/7982 - his donate link is below.
I've made the following modifications:
- removed AM/PM for those that use 24H format there would be a lot of blank space
- removed DND and lock screen icons
- added the same progress bar to battery
- replaced BT icon with a large DISCONNECTED text in same font when BT connection is off
- realigned some elements: day of the week, weather, alarm clock icon
- fixed segment size and placement for progress display
- known bug - 100% battery overlaps battery icon, not really an issue, but I've left it that way to have it look better when different percentage is displayed
