Changes:
- repack to minimize .bin size
- weather, step, pulse shortcuts added
- bluetooth indicator added
- blinking indicator added
- blinking indicator removed(*no_blink*.bin)
- missing km fixed - bw only (*zip2*.bin)
- small animations for battery, steps (*zip3*.bin)
