Inspired by a watch face for Apple Watch series 10 and adapted to our favorite watch... with a few modifications, including the ability to display or not data other than the time (Date, Battery, Steps, pulse) by simply clicking in the top center of the watch face.
Touch shortcuts for:
Weather (Digital Hours area on the left).
Steps.
Heartbeats.
Battery management.
Alarm clock (Digital Minutes area on the right).
World Clock (Digital Hours area on the right).
Calendar (Date area).
Find phone (Digital Minutes area on the left).
The Alarm, DND and Lock icons only appear if the features are active.
When Bluetooth is disconnected the digital hours turn red.

There's nothing to do; you simply didn't read the entire comment that accompanied the watch face's publication:
"When Bluetooth is disconnected, the digital hours turn red."
If you want to see part of the watch face in red, simply turn off or move your phone away so that Bluetooth is out of range...
But that's actually a good sign: by looking at your watch, you know your phone is always very close.
