Tap shortcuts to:
Weather report.
The footsteps.
Heartbeat.
Battery management.
Alarm clock (digital minute zone).
World clock (digital time zone).
Music player (zone 9 on analog clock).
Find the phone (zone 3 on the analog clock).
The Bluetooth Disconnected, Alarm Clock, DND, and Lock icons only appear if the features are active.

After checking, it turns out that the days of the week are indeed in English on the English version of the watch face.
To make sure, I downloaded it from the site and checked the different elements.
On your side, could you check that it is indeed the English version that you downloaded (Pseudo_Data_GTS4_EN).
Question: How did you download this watch face?
