The DND, Wake, and Lock icons only appear if the features are enabled.
The number 12 is the Bluetooth icon: it turns red when the connection is interrupted.

Heartbeat.
Calendar (the date).
The alarm clock (number twelve).
Alexa (upper left corner).
Music player (upper right corner).
World clock (digital time).
