English Version with the weather instead of the heartbeat.
(Tested and functional on my GTR47mm)
Edit :
Added shortcuts for steps, weather and energy saving.
Centering of the weather icon.
Correction of an error in the .json
Addition of a version with day / night temperature display. (untested)
