Convert and modify from Lattenknaller Work

I have received permission from Lattenknaller to convert to GTR3.

- add script switch weather icon day and night with custom script

Modify :
- convert to GTR3
- add script day-night weather icons
- change to use image font ( because some element on zpeeos 1 not support TTF )
- In the height display section, it is not displayed in GTR3. ( but shortcuts work )
If the owner of the work requests delete, the administrator can delete it immediately.
