- add script switch weather icon day and night with custom script

Modify :
- update fixed some icon weather
- change color press on 3 O'CLOCK
- convert to GTR3 ( New )
- Change a little layout
- modify a little weather icon , BG
- Add change color BG
- AOD no seconds , in BG1 only
- change Analog seconds to Pro type 2
- change digital hour use script hour at angle ( Because normal function in GTR3 show digital time in one digi uncorrect )
If the owner of the work requests delete, the administrator can delete it immediately.
