I use sasha's exelent graphic tool to make the .json and the "fix array branch" to compile the .bin and I use the respacker to compress the .bin
All the rest of the "hard work" is done "by hand" in graphic tools.
I think you are not using the resunpacker to first unpack the .bin
I use the packer because smaller files upload faster to the watch, but you must take care because if the unpacked file is biger than 2MB will cause bootloop aldow it's not hard to recover 14.02.2020 23:27:42 Reclamar
