SUCCESS! A watch face with a UTC hand!
After a deeper dive into the code from the watch face compiler, I worked out how to take a second set of hands (the GTR 3 Pro can have two sets) and tie it to UTC.
The inner red hand marks time on the 24 hour UTC inner dial.
There is no setting for this - the watch automatically picks up both the current time *and* the UTC time from your phone.
I am aware that the preview shows primary and UTC as being the same. This is a limitation of the creation tools, but
