- мову днів тижня можна переключити через тап, доступно: англійська та російська, довгий тап відкриє календар;
- тап на кроках відкриє активність;
- тап на пульсі відкриє той;
- тап на іконці будильника відкриє будильник;

I drew a dial like this:
- the language of the days of the week can be switched via tap, available: English and Russian, a long tap will open the calendar;
- tapping on the steps will open the activity;
- tap on the pulse to open it;
- tap on the alarm clock icon to open the alarm clock;
