How to Read BCD Format:
For those unfamiliar with the Binary-Coded Decimal (BCD) format, fear not – it's simpler than it sounds! BCD is a numerical representation that uses binary digits, where each decimal digit from 0 to 9 is expressed using a unique 4-bit binary code. Let's break it down:
- 0 is represented as 0000
- 1 is represented as 0001
- 2 is represented as 0010
- 3 is represented as 0011
- 4 is represented as 0100
- 5 is represented as 0101
- 6 is represented as 0110
- 7 is represented as 0111
- 8 is represented as 1000
- 9 is represented as 1001
1 is represented in green or blue.
