On the left side from the "One tap measure" shortcut there is the default heartrate shortcut tap on the center to change the shortcut for heart rate - calories - stress

On the right side from the "Find my phone" shortcut there is the walking shortcut because it is the most usual activity , if you want this to be changed write on the comments which one do you prefer and it is going to be uploaded on the available files for download.
