this design is based on my own real armwatch
various versions:
v1a standard analog watchface without digital time numbers
v1aw standard analog watchface without digital numbers but with weather information
v1d advanced watchface WITH digital clock numbers
v1dw advanced watchface WITH digital clock numbers AND weather information
v0simple: simple background with basic dials
v0multiple only time pointers in plates (hours, minutes, seconds)
