Based, with several changes, on a previous work by kartoris82 - /gtr/view/12432
Left dial - battery info (up) with pointer and HR info (down)
Right dial - steps pointer with distance numerical info (up), a small PAI pointer with PAI numerical info (down)
Full AOD
Update _1: a few improvements
Update _2: a seconds scale was added
Maybe later an english version.
