to understand what time is it is the most complicated you have never seen before!
INSTRUCTION:
red of big numbers shows the last digit of ours (ones)
AM/PM help you decide to interpret meaning of hours red sign
(red three can mean 13 or 03 as you know...)
blue digits show minutes and seconds
good luck to use this cool clock appearance
