Descrizione
A simplistic WF, hour is digital, minutes are in hybrid format (rotating disc shows actual values).
Two sub-versions: a) active state in color and b) gray only.
version 1: smaller minute window
version 2: larger minute window (this is shown in preview)
version 3: the background is colored, see in the comments
Update on 5/11/2022: by request, I changed the orientation of minute numbers in the lower part of the disc. See /gtr/view/28896

Hi Luiz, thanks for your suggestion, I made some changes. See above the link in the description. I tested the orientation of the numbers and kept 15, and 45 as it was but changed them from 20 to 40. The change of direction at the minute transition is confusing, I considered this a good compromise.
