Conversion to GTR 3 and some mods from Marco555's MAC 101 (see /gtr/view/24406 ).
- Ported to GRT 3
- Changed wind speed to distance, added SPO2
All credits to Marco555 /ucp/28501
Added Black version as requested:
simpledigitalmarco555modv2: normal version
simpledigitalmarco555modblack: black background
Added simpledigitalmarco555modblack-AODBattery with battery % in AOD (black version)
- Ported to GRT 3
