Conversion to GTR 3 and some mods from Marco555's MAC 101 (see /gtr/view/24406 ).
- Ported to GRT 3
- Changed wind speed to distance, added SPO2

Added Black version as requested:

Added simpledigitalmarco555modblack-AODBattery with battery % in AOD (black version)
