I noticed that many asked for this WF to be translated into English, so I decided to give it a try 
I have changed some things, but it is negligible
The original author is "YINGOS" and all the credit goes to him /gtr/view/23965
If he asks to be removed, the admins can delete it immediately
I left the original background without text in the file, so if someone wants to translate into another language they can do so without any problems
UPDATE:
- added black version (also in full AOD)
UPDATE (22.05.2022):
- on request, added blue and black version with AOD as in the original design ( v 2.0 )
