Hi Nischal
You need to have these 3 apps on your phone. Zepp, Amaztools and AmazFaces.
Setup Zepp (i think you would have done it already!!) and Amaztools app. You should see your calory and workout details on the Amaztools app as well, meaning that it is connected.
Download the watch face from Amazfaces using the small arrow with the correct version. It will direct you the select the app through which you need to download. Select Amaztools. Make sure Zepp app is open. Now you will see Install icon on you phone. Press it. You should see "Syncing" blue arrow on your watch. Wait till it fully installs and says Firmware updated succesfully. You are now good to go!! You may have to close and open Zepp app a couple of times when it gives a warning. Enjoy. 24.05.2022 12:42:19 Segnala
