I've removed the rim with the screws, and also slightly magnified the original watchface. This version only shows time, date, battery life and bluetooth connection.

Update (simple version):
The background has been recreated from the original source image for better quality. This version shows only time and battery life, so it's literally recommended for spartan wearers.
