I made some modification for my personal taste.
Changes and features:

Polish and English version
Full AOD
Changed layout and fonts
added 3 more HR intensity image variants with HR shortcut when you click Heart icon or HR value
Old HR shortcut is now Stress shortcut
Added SpO2 info below HR with shortcut when you click spo2 value
Date section moved to separate section
added full week name on top with sunrise and sunset info
new weather icons and weather position move on top section with moon phases with new icons
some little changes here and there
Of course all credits goes to original design creator and to asoo for his awesome conversions
