Description
Le Mans 24hr race inspired dial with dual time (+7 only). The analog dial is GMT (local time -7hr) and the digital dial is local time. This was created for my time zone only and is hard coded as GTR3 does not offer proper dual time fx.
hw21_non_gmt is the normal non GMT analog time dual time - everything else is the same.
