2022年伊始，中美俄英法发布了防止核战争声明，所以搞个辐射哔哔小子的表盘给大伙提提神。
修复了温度没有负号的问题
PS：别管敷衍的预览图(懒得做)，这是动态表盘。还有一个小彩蛋，亮点自寻。
