The GTR 2 version from my previous work for the GTR 47 - /gtr/view/15254
based on the "Audemars Piguet Code 11.59"
Left dial pointer - calories, also numerical
Right dial pointer - steps
Bottom dial - battery
Update _black
Background and time hands colors the same as in the previous version, but:
Date font changed
Steps scale changed
Left dial pointer, now for heart rate
Bluetooth icon now on when bluetooth off
Full AOD
Update _gold
Gold color version
Everything else as in the black version
