I don't speak spanish, so I had to use Google translator. I am not sure if I understood your question:
The zones can be edited on the watch. When you choose your watchface on the watch you can see some faces that have a "blue circle with pen" under it.
Press this blue circle and you can edit the editable zones.
By the way I am using the editor 2 by SashaCX75, which supports editable zones.
