Cant pair Bip Lite with the app

I bought the Amazfit bip lite and I'm trying to download a custom watchface.
When I start the pairing between the band and the app on my phone I got stuck on this screen, nothing happen.
Is it because the app and the bip lite are incopatible? Or am I doing something wrong?

Have you tried to remove the device from the paired devices in bluetooth settings?

Another thing that I noticed is that in the Mi Fit app there isn't a local section, so also with other app I can't install any watchface

Try enable the visibility in the settings and restart the watch.
