App doesn't connect

Hi, I installed watch app on my Pace (now I have an app called Receiver watch and if I touch it, it says ver 1.0.9 service working) and I installed Amazfaces app on my android (honor 9 lite phone with android 9). I activated bluetooth, but if I select a watchface on phone and I touch download it says "download app for watch".
What's wrong?

Reboot the clock. And reconnect them in the Amazfaces app.

Thank's for your answer. I rebooted watch but it doesn't work. If I go in the corner up right / change device / Stratos Pace / Connect i got message "download app for watch". Same if I select Download on a watchface.
I attach screenshot of watch and phone.
What I'm doing wrong?

Did you install Amazfit Watch? And does it work normally (our application uses the Amazfit Watch connection)?

Yes, I have Amazfit Watch on my smartphone and it works fine.

What programs are still installed on the clock besides ours? Did you try to click reconnect?

On the clock there are only stock apps; AW is the first app I installed on watch by myself.
Reconnect doesn't work, nothing happens. If I click download it goes on download pages, if I click on skip it says "watch not connected". Reconnect doesn't work.
Bluetooth is on both on watch and phone, amazfit app works fine ...

Install this beta version of our app on your phone. Your watch should have the latest service 1.0.11 installed.

Hello guys,
first I want to say you are doing amazing job here. Now,
I have the same problem, can't connect, so I'll write here not to double this post.
Phone OnePlus 6, FW 9.0.8
Stratos, ROM 2.3.10.5
on the watch service running v1.0.12.
Have already tried things mentioned before in this post (rebooting, ...). Still no connection.
Amazfit App and Mi Fit connects no problem.
Any ideas?

So never mind, I was just pressing connect until connection was made. Now it's working...
