A very recent update has totally screwed me. All my 2+ years of tracking my Resting Heart Rate all of it has disappeared with the update. Took me two days after the update to even find where the tracking is for the Resting Heart Rate.
So now do I assume they are going to make me pay for this, I do not say Aura so maybe not BUT how do I get it operating again. Really annoyed with this. This the main reason I have this watch. Without the Resting Heart Rate I will be taking the GTS 4 mini off and looking immediately to buy another brand.
Very disappointed as I used to love my band and told everyone to buy one.
I would like to think I'm missing something and maybe there is somewhere to reactivate the Rest Heart Rate and I just have not figured it out yet.
Thanks for listening and any help would be much appreciated.

Hello Nonbon,
You're talking about a very recent update. I think you're referring to the Zepp app and not to your GTS4 Mini because from what I know this watch still runs on ZeppOS 1.0 and nothing has changed in the menus of the watch itself.
On the other hand, the Zepp app has been redesigned recently and I admit that it wasn't easy to find your way around.
I think your problem is on the home page... which you simply have to configure as you wish.
So, to reorganize this page, you simply have to click on the little pencil at the top right of the screen and there you can access the organization of the different sections: you have to slide each one up or down according to your needs (press the 3 little lines then slide).
For your information, I searched for a while before understanding how to do it (even if I find that the navigation in the application lacks clarity).
Keep your watch because it is not the cause and from what I see Amazfit products are quite effective.
Best regards from France.
Guy.
