Started getting "Other applications are being installed" when trying to Install/Sync ANY App or WF from iOS Zepp App

Hello,

Yesterday I started getting "Other applications are being installed" pop-up when I try to Install or Sync any App or Watchface from the Zepp App Store. This problem was not there before and I have numerous apps and watch faces from Zepp App already on the T-Rex Ultra. The start of the issue might have coincided with installing a watchface from AmazFaces App or when I tried to install a paid ($1.99) app from the Zepp App Store, not sure which.

So far I have tried log out / back in from Zepp app, uninstall / reinstall Zepp app, restart iPhone, restart T-Rex Ultra. The problem is still there. Both App and Watch are on latest update. Any insight would be helpful.

I've also opened a case with AmazFit and I don't expect this forum to be able to solve issues in their app, but I was more wondering to know if it is a known issue that once you insall a watch face from AmazFaces app, you are no longer able to install anything from the Zepp app or can they coexist independently?

I was able to resolve the issue using the following steps. As I had originally suspected, the culprit was a stuck paid app installation attempt.
  • Shut Off the Watch (This was needed as when I tried to do anything with the watch on, would immediatly get the error message orriginally posted)
  • Try to install another paid app
  • Cancel the payment pop-up
  • Turn on the watch
  • Successfully Install a new WF or App from Zepp app
Hopefully this can aid someone down the the line if the run into the same issue

Hi there, it seems like a recent update or a third-party app might have caused the issue. Try checking for firmware updates on your T-Rex Ultra and ensure all apps are up to date.
