Use json files for amazfit band 7

I have been trying to use the Zepp os for windows to create my watch faces but I don't seem to find how to use the JSON files or how to convert them into bin to upload to my watch. I have no idea if I have to use another compiler or have to do something different, I'm new to all of this.
