I have a strange problem with my Amazfit GTS2 mini.
I am using ZEPP to change the watch face but it does not work. The watch is correctly synchronized, as you can see in the video below, it shows correctly the battery percentage so it is synchronized, however, when I am going to the official shop to download and install a free watch face, it asks about overwriting the current one. When I press overwrite (sobrescribir - the video is in Spanish, I'm sorry), when I press overwrite (sobrescribri) it does not work. The app is not allowing to change the watch face.
Anyone knows why this could be happening?
Should I apply a hard reset?
