AmazfitBipTools Not working for me

hi friends,

I am want to create a custom watch face, but when I try to extract any bin file downloaded from the gallery I keep getting the following error:

I am using the AmazfitBipTools-1.0.3.1.7z tool for extraction.

Can anyone tell me what is the issue?

Did You manage with UIHH bin file? Im tryin to extract it without luck.
