GTR 2e screen lock unlocks itself

So you know how on the Amazfit GTR 2e (and I assume on the regular GTR2 as well), you can swipe down to reveal the quick settings, where you can lock the watch's touchscreen.
This can only be unlocked by holding the red crown button for a while.

Now since I am using the watch, every day a few times, the watch would just unlock by itself.
Can tell bc I am actually never touching it, only lifting the wrist to activate the display briefly to check time.
But then eg. during the shower, or when I brush over it after it accidentally activates the display, it would swipe to a different screen left/right/down etc.

I posted this as a question to their official support - but no reply at all there (not even "thanks for contacting us, we will look into this") for ~2 months now.

Has anyone else experienced this?
Maybe even has a solution how to make this work properply as advertised?

我也出现过类似的情况，反馈给官方但没什么用，后来我发现只要把健康监测》检测模式，改为“心脏健康监测” 就好了
