Problem with watchface designing

Hi,
I'm new to this forum. Just bought my new Amazfit Bip watch a week ago. I wanted to design my very own watcface. I used Serif Drawplus X8, Serif Affinity Designer, Gimp and also Inkscape to design the UI and other icons. I used only the 8 prescribed colors. But after compiling the Json file, all the colors on the face are getting dithered. Can anyone help me?
