Couldn't sync, try again

Is there a way of just deleting the stock face? Mine comes with two. I download one and that makes 3. But when I try changing #3 with something from the custom site, it tells me Couldn't Syn, try again. Message on watch if "Fail to download dial".

What can I do here?

No, I donlt think there's a way to remove a stock face to make room for an extra downloaded one. What app were you using to try and change #3? Maybe there is something wrong with that app or face if they are not Amazfit.

Does an update of #3 face work using Amazfit's own app and a face from that app?

To 'reset' an app (like uninstalling and resinstalling it) you can clear its cache and data is the phone's settings. Also try factory resetting the watch in it's own settings.
